Agreement and operator
These terms apply when you use leecoi.com or purchase services from LEECOI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States. Contact admissions@leecoi.com with questions.

Website and resource accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password private. A resource account is separate from an enrolled-student account. You may not attempt to access another person's account, interfere with the website or misuse its content. LEECOI LLC may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, content or the service.
Resources and intellectual property
Unless a resource states otherwise, LEECOI LLC gives registered users a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to read and download it for individual learning. You may not resell, republish or distribute LEECOI materials without written permission. Third-party links and materials remain subject to their owners' terms.
Training enquiries and enrollment
Submitting an enquiry does not take payment, reserve a place or enroll you. Before payment, LEECOI LLC will confirm the course, schedule, delivery format, total price, completion requirements and any material conditions. Enrollment is complete only after those details are accepted and payment is confirmed.
Refunds and cancellations
Cancel before the first live class for a full refund. If you cancel within seven calendar days after the first live class, LEECOI LLC will refund the unused portion of the course. After that seven-day period, payments are non-refundable, but you may request one transfer to a future cohort, subject to availability.
If LEECOI LLC cancels a course, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another available cohort. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days. Email admissions@leecoi.com to request a cancellation, refund or transfer.
A class missed by the learner is not refundable when a recording or reasonable replacement material is provided. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Mentoring and individual appointments
Appointment scope, price and timing must be confirmed before payment. Any appointment-specific cancellation terms will be disclosed before booking. If LEECOI LLC cancels an appointment, you may choose a rescheduled appointment or a refund.
Certificates
Certificates are issued only when the stated course and project-completion requirements are met. A certificate records completed training and associated project work; it is not a professional license, academic degree or guarantee of employment.
Results and career support
Training, mentoring, resume review and job-search guidance do not guarantee employment, salary, promotion, admission or a specific technical result. You remain responsible for your applications, decisions and use of the information provided.
Availability and third-party services
We work to keep the website and training services available but do not promise uninterrupted access. External websites and services are controlled by their respective providers.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LEECOI LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms for future use of the website or future purchases. Material terms accepted for an existing paid enrollment will not be changed retroactively without agreement.
