How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, verify email addresses, provide requested resources, respond to enquiries, administer training and support, protect the website and maintain business records. We send marketing messages only when a person has opted in.
Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers for website hosting and business email delivery. They process information only as needed to provide those services. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transfer.
LEECOI LLC does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This website does not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

Retention
Account information is kept while the account is active or as needed to provide resources and support. Enquiry and training records are kept for the period reasonably needed for follow-up, business, tax, dispute and legal purposes. Verification and password-reset links expire automatically. Email message content stored in the website delivery queue is cleared after successful delivery. Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed, unless retention is required by law.
Security
We use access controls, password hashing, secure cookies and other reasonable safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal records through the enquiry form.
Your choices and requests
You can change your marketing preference in My account. You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by emailing admissions@leecoi.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when legally required. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and LEECOI LLC does not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or guardian should contact admissions@leecoi.com if they believe a child submitted information.
